Our backerkit surveys will be sent out soon!  We need all of our backers to fill the surveys out to ensure we can properly send out your perk rewards!  

Please ensure you only use English characters as our shipment provider does not take foreign characters. 

Please note some of our backers didn't have shipping charges added to their backing.  The survey will allow you to do so in order for us to send out your perk.  Sorry for any inconveniences we've might have caused!
